Feyza Güler

Founding Attorney

Feyza Güler graduated with honors from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law. She began her career with internships at Zorlu Holding and Aksan Law Firm, and subsequently strengthened her professional experience as a long-term trainee lawyer at Aksan Law Firm. In 2018, Güler joined Doğuş Group and served as in-house counsel at Doğuş Holding A.Ş. for seven years. During this period, she also acted as legal counsel for Zingat.com, a Doğuş Group subsidiary, managing legal processes in the real estate technology sector. As the founder of G&Co., Güler provides comprehensive legal consultancy and representation services to her clients in the fields of commercial and corporate law, family and inheritance law, information technology and personal data protection, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, administrative law, and arbitration.

Melih Güler

Managing Attorney

Melih Güler completed his legal education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Following his law degree, he completed an LL.M. program in Information Technology and Technology Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. After graduating from law school, he worked at an internationally recognized law firm, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formation, privatization, and high-volume banking and finance transactions. He has taken part in numerous major transactions and prestigious projects in Türkiye and abroad, providing legal consultancy in relation to real estate, energy, banking, international trade, infrastructure, port, and tourism projects. He also represents clients in the development and financing processes of large-scale real estate projects. In addition, he represents clients in civil litigation, both in commercial arbitration and traditional court proceedings, and provides legal support in criminal proceedings, particularly in the field of white-collar crimes.

Prof. Dr. Aydın Gülan

Consultant

Aydın Gülan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed his master’s and doctoral studies at the Department of Public Law of the Institute of Social Sciences at the same university. His doctoral thesis focused on the legal regime concerning methods of benefiting from public property. Since 2008, Gülan has served as a Professor Doctor at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and also acts as the Head of the Department of Public Law. Throughout his academic career, he has published numerous articles and studies in the field of public law. At G&Co., he offers his academic knowledge and practical experience in administrative and public law to the service of clients.
